Our Programs
Livestock, Crops, and Trees (LCT)
Livestock, crops, and trees are the major commodities on the farms in communities served by AGRICHI. The goal of the LCT Program The overall goal of the LCT Program is to build on existing opportunities to improve the production of indigenous animals, locally adapted crops, beekeeping, and indigenous tree species. To introduce exotic breeds of animals, improved and new crop species such as Aronia berry, bilberry, blueberry, elderberry, cherries, and exotic herb and tree species where appropriate.
Micro-Credit and Marketing (MCM)
Marketing is necessary for farm families to raise income from their farming activities, while production and agri-business can benefit from micro-credit facilities. The goal of the MCM Program The goal is to develop self-sustaining microfinance and credit groups capable of catering to a growing membership.
Children’s Education and Welfare
Children’s welfare is the main target of AGRICHI. The goal of the CEW Program The goal is to train young people to use available resources to develop competent resource stewards and role models amongst vulnerable and disadvantaged children and especially the orphaned, to foster their physical development, intellectual development, and spiritual development
Sickle Cell Program
The goal of the Sickle Cell Program Build the capacity of the community to respond and cope with the impact of Sickle cell using available local/community resources in collaboration with Akka Foundation in the USA.

About us
The Agrichi Group is a Faith-based organization mandated to implement programs centered towards contributing to the improvement of women and young people’s lives through community skills-based training, children welfare support and innovative ventures in response to the highly vulnerable women, children and youth unemployment, poor health and poverty.
Agrichi promotes the well-being of self-reliant individuals, households, and communities through Holistic Health and Nutritional lifestyle practices. Agrichi realizes that for positive achievements, people at the grass roots level need to be empowered so that they can work for and attain the resources they need in order to attain sustainable livelihoods at the household and at community levels.
We are now Brooding and Rearing baby chicks and chickens, growing organic tomatoes, and other vegetables. Group members are now earning some income to sustain their households.
